Nourishing, flavorful, and healthy meals is my specialty and I'd love to work with your family to bring more health, joy, and ease to your home through my services.

Every menu we make is personal and below is just a sample. Iā€™d love to hear more about what food makes you smile, feel good, and any dietary restrictions.

We do have a $300 minimum that includes 2 portions of: 2 lunches and 2 dinners delivered weekly.

Another option we have available is prepping meals from your own home for the entire week for you and your family. I'm very flexible and amenable to different structures and menus as well.

Tender chicken thighs braised in a pan with buttery potatoes, chives, lemon and garlic

Lemony Shrimp and Bean Stew with Slow Cooked Garlicky Greens

Beef Short Rib with Boozy Passionfruit Sauce

Coconut milk poached cod with sauteed bok choy
