MEAL PREP SERVICE
Nourishing, flavorful, and healthy meals is my specialty and I'd love to work with your family to bring more health, joy, and ease to your home through my services.
Every menu we make is personal and below is just a sample. Iād love to hear more about what food makes you smile, feel good, and any dietary restrictions.
We do have a $300 minimum that includes 2 portions of: 2 lunches and 2 dinners delivered weekly.
Another option we have available is prepping meals from your own home for the entire week for you and your family. I'm very flexible and amenable to different structures and menus as well.
